Running Track Supplied and Installed by SSG Sports is Approved by Chinese Athletic Association

Synthetic running track in Guangzhou Sport University was renovated in September and October, 2023 by Guangzhou Shengbang Sport Field Material Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SSG Sports). The synthetic running track system is full PU system.And the track facility then went through approval process of Chinese Athletics Association Class II certification.

After checking diameters of layout , appearance, color, thickness, evenness and line marking of the track facility by certified inspectors, Guangzhou Sport University Track Facility was awarded as Class II Facility by Chinese Athletics Association.

To obtain the certificate, following are standards for the track facility:

1.Track and Field athletics include competition areas for running, walking, jumping, and throwing events;
2.Thickness and evenness of competition track area for track events which include: oval track, straight lanes, steeplechase track and runways for throwing and jumping events.
3.The bonding between the runway surface layer and the base layer should be firm, without degumming or unevenness. The appearance of the synthetic surface layer runway should be free of bubbles, cracks or delamination, and the joints should be tight and straight, with no obvious traces.
4.The color of the runway should be uniform and consistent with the design requirements.
5.The lines drawn on the track and field field are straight, even, and have no empty edges.
6.The width of the track and lanes, the height of the inner edge, the number of lanes and straights, the start and end points, the rules and regulations of the relay area, the specifications of the field competition venue, the size of the embedded facilities, the parameters of the runway point line, etc., should be consistent with the competition and the Technical regulations stipulate requirements.
7.The layout and use functions of track and field venues should meet the requirements for holding the set track and field competitions.
